Citibank, N.A. seeks a Digital Software Engineer Senior Analyst for its Irving, TX location.
Duties: Design, develop, test, and certify highly complex, scalable, high volume online web applications using Agile Methodology. Design and develop high performance and user-friendly web applications using Angular and various application development frameworks. Develop complex User Interface utilizing Test Driven and Behavior Driven Development using Cucumber, Selenium, Test NG, Junit, and Maven. Implement and work on CI/CD pipeline using Jenkins and Bitbucket. Research the root cause of development and performance concerns and lead the resolution of defects. Assist with the development of standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation to ensure application design adheres to the overall architecture blueprint. Participate in design discussions, influence design decisions, and partner with industry vendors that provide technology or user experience design components. Oversee the full software development life cycle. Utilize JIRA Dashboards and regular status reports, monitor projects, evaluate progress and quality, manage risks and issues, and take corrective action to meet project deadline. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Technology Management, Computer Engineering, or a related field, and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation in the IT or financial services industry. Five (5) years of experience must include: Developing secure and highly interactive web applications that are cross-device and cross-browser compatible using Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, AJAX, JSON, or CSS3; Integrating angular applications with API’s provided by microservices to fetch and manipulate data, enabling development of scalable and modular applications; Developing software applications using Test Driven Development and Behavior Driven Development methodologies; Utilizing Bitbucket, Jenkins, and Release Lifecycle Management to achieve Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment and promote automation in building, testing and deployment of applications; Providing complex front-end expertise to convert mockups into production ready code for optimal User Experience implementation using tools including Invision and Figma; and Performing application monitoring and Log monitoring using tools including Splunk and GlassBox for non-production and production environments.
