As a full chain program manager to develop and execute the RLC IoT strategy, drive internal and external adoption, enable effective internal collaboration and drive value creation from the investment. **Job Description** + Conduct competitor benchmark and customer survey to formulate feature and functionality requirements of the IoT platform + Collaborate with DT and engineering team for IoT hardware and software/platform development + Connect Product Marketing for new product launch with IoT + Develop Go-to-Market strategy for IoT products with Marketing and Sales + Design policies to drive channel adoption to push IoT products to the market + Design and execute the workflow to enable service franchisers for improved field productivity and customer experience + Work with installation team and installation partners to ensure new product connection + Design policies to drive service and service franchisers to connect existing equipment + Design offerings to channels to sell retrofit leads + Design offerings to service franchisers for preventive services and parts sale **Minimum Requirements** + Requires expert to mastery knowledge obtained through advanced education, combined with experience + Advanced knowledge of related disciplines within work area and able to identify links and potential impact on projects, programs and systems + University Degree or equivalent + A minimum of 10 years prior relevant experience or An advanced degree in a related field and a minimum of 7 years experience Key Metrics \# connected VRF from new product and retrofit IoT enabled product revenue IoT enabled service revenue from offerings to channels and service franchisers. **Our commitment to you** Our greatest assets are the expertise, creativity and passion of our employees.
