We are looking for an Apprentice within the IT central function who will be trained in 2 years as Digital solution specialist.

During the apprenticeship you will receive a comprehensive and state-of-the- art training to develop your personal and professional skills and you will have the support of a mentor to achieve your career steps.

Your Challenge

As a Digital solution specialist, your mission will be to create and digitalize solutions for internal client. Your main activities will be:

Stage transformative development experiences where businesspeople are actively engaged to automate their business processes

Support business colleagues to identify and structure their needs in terms of expected features and continuous improvement

Model the entire solution scope including business value, ecosystem integration, data model, workflow, security and operation

Required entry qualifications: You have less than 30 years of age, in accordance with the Italian apprenticeship contract You are fresh graduate Proficiency in English and Italian Team player ability, strong communication & interpersonal skills Passion to never-stop growing Eligibility to work in Italy Knowledge and interest, curiosity for the Software development domain, particularly in the context of the Mendix low code platform Proficiency in the Analytics domain Understanding of the cybersecurity practices Understanding of SW engineering practices (DevOps pipelines). Interest for Business case and business value estimation practices Understanding of the IT Service management practices
