In this role you will get to work directly with the Ground Based Midcourse Defense (GMD) Digital Acquisition and Infrastructure Team to develop strategy, define requirements, design solutions, and execute digital projects for system engineering. **What You'll Be Doing:** + Support the implementation of prioritized Digital Projects + Communicate business and financial analysis of digital programs + Serve as a strategic liaison for the GMD organizations and ensure that specific Service Provider(s) requests are properly vetted, compliant with organizational requirements, and aligned with business needs + Review and validate Capability Need Statements + Perform requirements verification + Plan and manage multiple complex projects + Perform requirements verification to ensure that business needs are clearly defined and met + Develop use cases, and requirements documents to support Service Provider(s) requests + Identify opportunities for process improvements and propose solutions to enhance the Service Provider(s) request process + Coordinate budget, resources, and issue resolution for concurrent projects under MGPP programs **What Required Skills You'll Bring:** + Master's degree with 12+ years of experience or a Bachelor's degree with 20+ years of experience + Active Secret clearance + Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis with the ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternate solutions + Familiar with project management methodologies and techniques with the ability to apply and manage large scale digital programs + Knowledge of tools, methods, and techniques of requirement analysis + Ability to elicit, analyze and record required business functionality and non-functional requirements to ensure the success of the data solution project **What Desired Skills You'll Bring:** + MDA experience + Business Process understanding​ + Technical Solution Design **Minimum Clearance Required to Start:** Secret This position is part of our Federal Solutions team.
