Job Description:

As a Digital Solutions Intern, you will play a crucial role in the MDLZ Corporate Finance team replacing excel based reporting with more dynamic, automated solutions that include data visualization capabilities suitable for executive and Board of Directors level audiences. You will design and build solutions to eliminate manual input of financial data and enhance data visualization. Through this internship, you will gain practical experience in designing solutions for real-world applications.
 

Responsibilities:

Develop Automation Solutions: Build programs from scratch or offer a recommended “boxed” solution that will extract data real-time from our existing reporting tools, run complex calculations and handle multiple scenario analysis.Develop Data Visualization: Create clear, dynamic, and insightful data visualizations using tools like Tableau or Power BI as part of the solution.Collaboration: Work closely with Corporate Finance team to understand solution requirements and deliver valuable insights and solutions.Quality Assurance: Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing validation checks and verifying results.Learning and Development: Proactively seek opportunities to learn and enhance your skills through training, online courses, and hands-on experience.Stay Current: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital experience design and online engagement.
 

Requirements and Preferred Qualifications

Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree with a preferred expected graduation date between December 2025 and May 2026.Applicants for employment in the US must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States and with Mondelēz International (i.e., H1-B visa, F-1 visa (OPT), TN visa or any other non-immigrant status.

The ideal candidate displays some of the following characteristics and experience:

Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science or a related discipline.Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in programming/coding to build automation solutions and understanding of automation tools available in the market.Strong understanding of advanced Excel functionality.Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.Familiarity with Oracle Essbase and SAP Analytics Cloud.Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work with large datasets.Effective communication skills to present findings in a clear and understandable manner.Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and contribute within a team environment.Prior experience with solution development projects, coursework, or personal projects is a plus.

Compensation

The expected compensation weekly pay ranges for interns is $1,200 - $1,500.Compensation rates for Summer Interns is pre-determined and non-negotiable.
