About the role
In your role as Digital Solutions Lead Benelux you are tasked with driving digital transformation and omnichannel execution across therapeutic areas (TAs) and supporting the Commercial, Medical and Market Access teams. In your role you will work cross-functionally and cross-country to ensure the alignment and execution of digital initiatives that enhance patient value and healthcare professional (HCP) engagement.
Furthermore you lead the development, implementation, and execution of digital and omnichannel strategies across multiple therapeutic areas (TAs), while supporting the Commercial, Medical and Market Access teams. You collaborate cross-functionally, ensuring that digital initiatives are set-up for local success and aligned with both regional and global strategies to enhance patient value and healthcare professional (HCP) engagement.
Who you will work with:
Strong collaboration with all internal and external stakeholders with focus on Benelux and with priority on Immunology, in close partnership with local marketing/medical solution leads & Mid Markets.
Reporting to the General Manager, in this role you’ll collaborate closely with Head of Immunology, Head of Rare & Epi, Head of Access and Head of Medical Benelux, as well as the regional and global digital teams to implement cutting-edge digital solutions tailored to local stakeholder and ecosystem needs.
What will you do:
Drive the localization and implementation of digital and OC asset brand strategies and high impact tactics (in line with local Benelux ISP), in partnership with Europe, Mid-Markets and the Benelux local cross-functional team (incl. local Marketing & Medical Solutions Leads).Acting as a contributor to the digital EU and global teams in collaboration with the Mid-Markets Digital Excellence Lead. The Digital Solutions Lead will help pioneer digital capabilities to facilitate our integrated Go-to-Market model.Ensure a holistic approach to the Benelux market, overseeing the delivery of high-level value content for patients, HCPs and Payers.This role is cross functional and works across all our assets and teams (Immunology and Rare & Epilepsy, Commercial, Medical & Access)
Interested? For this position you’ll need the following education, experience and skills:
Several years of relevant experiences in a digital, omnichannel delivery and/or digital marketing working (pharma) environmentFluent in English PLUS proficiency in Dutch and FrenchBachelor/Master’s degree in business or digital marketing and digital communication required, or degree in Life Sciences with appropriate omnichannel capability skillsetsExperience with different digital communication channels (e.g. programmatic advertising) and tools and ability to use themDemonstrated experience in working within multidisciplinary teams, proven track record of developing and implementing high impact omnichannel solutionsDemonstrated strength in business planning, tactical plan development and executionExperience content creation skills/ photoshop is a plusProven cross functional project team’s leadership
