This role requires a dynamic and organized individual who is passionate about using digital solutions to drive growth and enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with an interest in cutting-edge solutions, eager to learn, explore new technologies and design innovative solutions in the market, while maintaining a collaborative mindset. **Fully Remote:** Work from anywhere within the U.S.—no location restrictions. **Key Responsibilities:** **Digital Proposal Support:** + Serve as the primary liaison for internal teams seeking digital recommendations for RFPs. + Review and maintain core proposal language to ensure it's up-to-date and accurately reflects the capabilities of the digital tools in our portfolio. + Collaborate with deployment teams to ensure proposals are strategically aligned with client-specific needs, segment priorities and regulatory requirements. **Special Innovation Projects:** + Spearhead niche digital innovation projects that differentiate Sodexo’s offerings in the Campus and Government segments. **Government Digital Solutioning:** + Become a subject matter expert on government regulations and restrictions as they pertain to digital solutioning, continuously staying informed and ensuring proposed solutions meet compliance requirements. + Work with internal teams to identify and source innovative digital solutions tailored to the unique operational and regulatory requirements of the Government segment. **Process Mapping and Optimization:** + Analyze existing workflows and processes to identify opportunities for improvement through digital solutions. + Support process mapping and optimization to ensure that digital deployments are scalable, efficient and aligned with business objectives. **Ideal Candidate Qualifications:** **Excellent Communication Skills:** + Ability to communicate complex solutions clearly and effectively at all levels of the organization and with external clients.
