We seek a highly motivated Summer Intern to join our Digital Solutions Radiology Marketing team. The ideal candidate must demonstrate an ability to learn quickly and show passion to provide the best-in-class online customer experience. Our goal is to provide interesting and challenging work while having fun and celebrating successes. As a summer marketing intern, you will partner with our marketing and sales teams to continue building our customer’s digital marketing journey.

 

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

The primary responsibilities of this role are to: 

 

Collecting customer insights through data analysis, proposing campaigns that address content needs, and providing recommendations to the sales and marketing teams to approach customer interactions;Building marketing automated campaigns aligned with customer journey paths with a clear focus on KPIs and optimization;Assisting with the coordination of web content updates for the Americas region, with SEO/SEM in the loop;Analyzing social media calendars and finding opportunities to optimize customer interaction, lead generation, and lead conversion;Tracking competitor landscape and industry developments as key inputs to assess digital marketing opportunities to improve customer experience;Assists the sales and marketing team in various day-to-day activities, including data cleanup, analytics, and other digital marketing activities as needed;Work on a marketing project, presenting findings to the leadership team, share in your "Aha!" moments, and the business implications;Assisting with the creation of Customer Success Marketing Campaigns;Assist with managing install base activities and upgrades for our Radiation Dose Management Solution.

 

WHO YOU ARE

Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:

 

Required Qualifications:

 

Completed at least three years of a degree in a business-related field, with emphasis on marketing, business administration, or related fields;University/College student is mandatory;Masters or MBA Student.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts. Experience with social media, website UX/UI, marketing automation, Hubspot CRM, and email marketing is preferred;Demonstrated modeling and analytical skills involving gleaning insights from manipulating large, sometimes unstructured datasets or databases;A degree of sophistication in Microsoft Office, especially in Microsoft Excel;Experience in preparing, delivering and modifying presentations;Ability to work independently and against timelines;Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
