As a member of the Brizo brand team, the Digital Marketing Manager will collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and agency partners to enhance the brand’s digital presence to increase brand advocacy and engagement for the Brizo brand. Collaborating with internal and external teams, you will:
Cultivate a deep understanding of our products, innovations, and target audiences.Manage digital marketing strategies and tactics including social, email, content hub, and website updates.Coordinate and manage the day-to-day execution and optimization of our digital marketing strategy to ensure timely delivery and adherence to project and brand goals.Monitor and analyze digital content and marketing performance using analytics tools and provide insights to improve future initiatives.Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing strategies.This role provides significant opportunity for independence and growth. The ideal candidate must be proactive and quick thinking with a proven experience managing multiple projects at once.
Responsibilities:
Use expertise across social media space to strategize for and manage Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and LinkedIn accounts—as well as emerging platforms.Collaborate with brand team and agency partners to lead the strategizing, creation, and optimization of social media, email content and campaigns.Develop and maintain monthly social media content calendars with agency partner.Stay on top of social media trends to offer new opportunities and analyze emerging platforms, offerings and changes to how consumers consume content.Assist with website management through brand content updates, new product launches, campaign integration, and overall online presence improvements relative to brand goals.Stay up to date with the latest web design and development trends and technologies. Identify ways to improve website UX, identifying and fulfilling opportunities for website improvement based on user feedback and performance metrics.Increase traffic and engagement to the website. Ensure SEO and SEM best practices and strategies are applied while ensuring consistent brand messaging and tone of voice.Support email marketing content to various audiences including split testing, automations, segmentation, and evaluating performance for optimization.Support other cross-functional digital marketing and information service initiatives as necessary including social media, SalesForce Marketing Cloud, CRM, PIM System, etc.Measure the impact of the brand’s digital marketing intiatives: analyzing, reviewing, and reporting on effectiveness of campaigns to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.Monitor marketing data and processes for compliance to ensure we have the highest quality data and governance best practices in place.Analyze and report on KPIs—distributing concise information with actionable next steps proposed.Work efficiently and effectively with various teams across the organization on projects with competing timelines.Be a trusted advisor and a strong collaborator with cross-functional team members.Education & Experience:
5+ years of digital marketing experienceIn-depth experience developing and managing marketing strategies and campaign executions for social, email, blog and webExpertise with various digital tools and platforms like marketing automation and customer data platforms (SalesForce preferred)Proficient in making basic website updates on platforms such as Drupal or WordPressProven experience with web design and UXExperience creating email marketing campaigns within a CRM systemExperience with SEO and SEM strategy and keyword researchEffective and clear communicator, able to convey complex ideas in a concise manner; both verbally and in writing to various audiencesComfortable working independently within tight, and often changing, timelines while managing competing prioritiesOccasional travel requiredWhat’s in it For You:
