We are working on an exciting and industry defining project to grow our Media Team in Poland. Our Digital Strategist role offers a unique opportunity to join this team and work on some of the biggest media budgets in Poland, building a legacy for our brands and organization. Our ambition is to bring media even closer to our consumers to maximize return and allow us to innovate in real time.  

This role is based in our Warsaw HQ.

As Digital Strategist, you will:

Set the right dynamic within the P&G digital team by ensuring the execution of internally managed digital brand awareness & performance campaigns on time and in line with internal controls, constantly looking for efficiencies and synergies across touchpoints with consumer.Lead the implementation of the digital brand awareness & performance campaigns strategies (i-video, search, social media, programmatic, ecommerce, etc.) traded by programmatic, social, and online video specialists.Bring innovation to the plans, staying in touch with digital industry, assessing consumer & competitive trends.Design and ensure the implementation of outstanding digital plans to achieve brands’ business objectives, searching for efficiencies, ensuring alignments between digital touchpoints.Take full end-to-end responsibility of plan activation leading a team of specialists (programmatic traders, Video, Social and eCommerce advertising specialists) with a clear focus on overall critical metrics.Optimize the plan execution as single full-funnel ecosystem up to the very last steps, that might require properties’ optimization. Monitor, optimize and report on campaign performance.Work closely with Media vendors and tech partners for the execution of plans.Work together with multiple functions (brands, design, trial, data, consumer market knowledge, sales, etc.) & partners to deliver a consumer-centric data strategy.Understand basic consumer data structure, business fit and flows across involved systems.Act as business owner, doing things right, tracking budget committed, adhering with internal controls.

Job Qualifications

You are right fit if you:

Have proven experience in strategic media planning across all online and offline touch points in a media agency or in-house environment managing large budgets.Hold excellent knowledge of the media landscape and put the consumer experience at the heart of activities and decisions.Leadership, Critical and Analytical Thinking, Accountability, Independency, Organization, Curiosity, Proactivity, Growth Mindset.Mastery with Microsoft Office Package, Digital Platforms such as DSPs and DMPs management, digital media planning platforms management (such as Google Ads, Meta Business Manager or TikTok Ads), serving and tracking technologies (such as Flash Talking or Moat) and market digital platforms (such as GfK).Know how to analyze data, identify data-driven insights, and translate them into actionable recommendations.Digital campaigns’ execution expertise (campaigns’ set up, optimization & reporting).Fluent in English.Possess minimum BA degree.Innovative and entrepreneurial focus. You will need to be focused and decisive with the ability to take risks where needed. With an ability to naturally make creative connections, experimenting continuously and push boundaries. Experience managing teams.Have experience with Consumer-Packaged Goods companies in multinational scope (although not essential).
