About the Role
• Support lead nurturing and lead generation activities across various customer digital touchpoints to drive long-term new business growth for AIA Hong Kong• Own and create diverse, segment-led and engaging digital and social content to enhance effectiveness and efficiency of Middle and Lower Funnel campaigns
• Embrace new MarTech tools and ideas to strengthen lead generation and lead conversion, promoting growth for both Local and MCV business
Roles and Responsibilities:
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute Middle & Lower Funnel campaigns, such as social media, display network, and content marketingManage and own the content and asset development of Middle & Lower Funnel campaigns, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partnersSupport omnichannel strategies and collaborate with various channels to maximize lead generation and lead conversionCollaborate with internal stakeholders to enable segment-led and relevant content delivery with customer data platformsAnalyze and identify critical conversion points and drop-off points in the customer journey to optimize user experience and lead conversionPrepare reports and analytics to track the overall performance of lead generation campaigns, including ROIs and KPIsStay updated with digital trends, the latest marketing technology, competitive activities, and best practices to drive innovation in lead generation and lead conversionMinimum Job Requirements:
University degree with 6-8 years of relevant working experience in the financial services or related industryGood understanding of customer digital behaviorsProven experience in digital, performance marketing and e-commerceCreative mindsetStrong interpersonal and time management skills. Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesKeen eye for detail; capable of working independently with minimum supervision; ability to multitaskGood communication, presentation and influencing skillsProficient in spoken and written Chinese and EnglishOthers:
