What You'll Be DoingPrimary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Create digital tools using spreadsheets, databases, software programs, etc to manage data to support efficiencies across the manufacturing environment.
Design, administrator, and manage site based data sources using digital tools including but not limited to Smartsheet, Microsoft Productivity Tools including Power BI, Power Automate, SEEQ, SharePoint, SAP, and Aveva PI /historian
Subject matter expert for Smartsheet and Power BI applications well as other Microsoft Productivity tools
Work across teams to understand needs and translate into a digital tool utilizing site approved software.
Meeting deadlines for data source tool creations
Creating tools in a user friendly and simple to understand structure
Train stakeholders in use and modifications of digital tools.
Document data workflows utilizing tools such as flow diagrams.
Support and maintain digital applications, i.e. dashboards and digital data pipelines.
Demonstrate an aptitude and ability to effectively utilize a variety of data repositories to their fullest potential.
Design, administrator, and manage site based data sources using digital tools including but not limited to Smartsheet, Microsoft Productivity Tools including Power BI, Power Automate, SEEQ, SharePoint, SAP, and Aveva PI /historian.
Provide Business Intelligence reporting services and dashboards to enable site to leverage data and make informed decisions in line with Manufacturing Excellence principles.
Provide guidance and support to stakeholders and demonstrate best principles on how data can be accessed and presented in a clear and concise manner.
Liaison with corporate data teams to ensure compliance with cybersecurity requirements for data access.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Advanced coursework is highly preferred.
Certification: No certification is required for this position.
Experience: This position requires 6 or more years of experience in providing administrative support, preferably in an industrial engineering environment.
