What You'll Do

As a professional direct sourcing specialist within BCG's consultant recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing consultants and experts in BCG's digital and technology sectors, supporting the forefront of the company's operations.

 

This role involves closely collaborating with BCG's Managing Director & Partners (executive management) and the Asia Pacific Region to plan and implement various initiatives.

 

Initiatives for talent pool formation (candidate mapping, talent search and scouting using recruitment media)Candidate screening, interviews, etc.

What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications:

University DegreeOver 3 years of experience in sourcing technology talent, either in a business corporation or an RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) firm or Over 3 years of experience in technology talent search at a recruitment agency or executive search firm.English proficiency sufficient for communication (TOEIC score of 750 or above)Ability to proactively manage multiple processes and drive them to successful outcomes.Comprehensive communication skills to build strong relationships across different levels and departments.Sensitivity and discretion in handling responsibilities as a recruitment professional.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in developing sourcing strategies.Business-level English proficiency (TOEIC score of 850 or higher, or experience using English in a business context, or living abroad).Experience using recruitment tools (ATS, CRM).Experience in planning and managing recruitment events.

Identifying high quality candidates to fill key roles across Asia Pacific. 

Partnering with internal hiring managers and recruiters to understand the role requirements, candidate profile and define the candidate identification strategy for each position.

Sourcing active and passive candidates through direct channels, social media, internet sourcing, talent mapping and relationship building.

Clearly articulating and sell the BCG value proposition via candidate interaction, networking events, professional networks etc.

Owning and managing the social media strategy to continually promote the BCG brand

Building talent pipelines to fill current and future roles through leveraging user groups, blogs and networking events.

Generating candidate interest through creative marketing and social media messaging

Providing an initial screen and high-level assessment of a candidate's knowledge, skills and abilities and overall fit with the role.

Actively tracking, managing and reporting on candidate pipelines through the applicant tracking system
