This job is part of the Digital Strategy and Innovation job function. They are responsible for coordinating the implementation of new digital e-business options. **What You’ll Do:** + Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. Set and track staff and department deadlines. Mentor and coach as needed. + Complete the organization's digital strategy and manage the digital roadmap to ensure alignment with business goals. + Collaborate with IT teams to ensure initiatives integrate with the company's technology infrastructure. + Track and report the performance of department initiatives. + Document procedures and standards and identify where procedures are not aligned with business or audit standard controls. + Provide tiered digital & technology support for end users. Fix technical problems such as application performance issues or network connectivity problems. + Research application development, infrastructure, or service standards. + Identify and tackle technical and operational problems. + Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence parties of shared interests to reach an agreement. + Apply knowledge of a specific field and how it integrates with others to achieve team and departmental objectives. + Identify, address, and resolve day-to-day and moderately sophisticated issues which may or may not be evident in existing systems and processes. **What You’ll Need:** + A Bachelor's Degree is helpful, although equivalent experience will also be considered. Candidates should have 5-7 years of comparable experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. + Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and exciting performance and retention preferred. + Ability to guide the exchange of critical, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and balance problems. + Leadership skills to empower team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the field and department. + In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Office, Microsoft tech stack SharePoint, and Power BI. + Effective interpersonal skills with a curious mentality. Why CBRE? The minimum salary for the Digital & Tech Management Manager position is $120,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Digital & Tech Management Manager position is $148,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
