What You Will Do:
In this role, you will serve in a leadership capacity within Guidehouse's Digital Technology Segment supporting a federal client/account team focused on the development and capture of a robust pipeline of technology opportunities to support account growth goals, as well as oversight of multiple engagements within the account portfolio. This role will have a primary focus within DoD accounts and will feature a heavy business development focus, client facing delivery, team leadership and personnel development.
Their role will also include development and execution of call plans with buyers and industry partners to form relationships to support account growth goals and support the technology needs of the customer.
What You Will Need:
Ability to obtain and maintain a federal Public Trust as well as be upgradable to a SECRET clearance (or higher) as needed
Demonstrated ability to provide oversight of a portfolio of IT engagements including quality management/review, coaching & development, engagement economic management, etc.
Demonstrated ability to manage engagement teams of varying sizes, including teams in excess of 15 FTEs and remote teams
Ability to assess, identify, hire, and retain current and emerging IT talent, including knowledge, experience, and certifications that are critical to IT portfolio growth.
Deep and broad working knowledge of IT solutions and sub-solutions, and IT industry-recognized capabilities, methodologies, tools, certifications, and other elements.
Proven technology delivery experience, leading large teams in support of government/federal clients
Proven experience fostering growth within an account and selling IT services ($5-10m annually)
Large network of industry contacts/teaming partners to assist in forming teaming strategies and to provide visibility into deal flow on SB contract vehicles
Ability to analyze addressable market and buyer spend to inform account growth and capture strategies
Ability to develop briefing decks, thought pieces, and other materials summarizing service offerings
What Would Be Nice To Have:
An ACTIVE and CURRENT SECRET security clearance or higher
Bachelor's degree or higher
Large network of client relationships and contacts with buyers and influences to assist in shaping and driving deals
Proven ability to run capture on large deals, including proposal manager roles
Proven experience fostering growth and selling services within DoD
Large network of client relationships and contacts with buyers and influencers to assist in shaping and driving deals
Large network of industry contacts/teaming partners to assist in forming teaming strategies and to provide visibility into deal flow on SB contract vehicles
Relevant Technology certifications such as Agile, Cloud, CISSP, or other technology domain
