The role will embody the principles of Dynamic Shared Ownership (DSO) by being a visionary focused on outcomes, a catalyst for collaboration and accountability, and a coach who fosters a proactive and creative culture. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing functionality validation processes in collaboration with partner Hub coordinators, overseeing successful completion of application testing, collaborating with stakeholders to confirm delivery of business requirements, and communicating feedback to IT development teams, as necessary. The primary responsibilities of this role, The Digital Testing Lead, are to: + Partner with the Plant Biotech Velocity Leads (Seeds & Traits, Lab & Nursery, Change Management, and VALT), key stakeholders, R&D IT teams, and other functional Hub representatives to drive the successful launch of Velocity workflows by ensuring necessary testing and training activities are completed; + Develop and execute a comprehensive digital testing plan in coordination with enterprise and local development teams,usergroups, andworkflowpartners to ensure end-to-end testing of digital workflows that meetuserneeds; + Create and/or implement effective communication, training, and support plans to transition the Plant Biotech organization to next-generation IT systems as required for each launch; + Oversee andcoordinatetimelyusertesting of newly delivered digital capabilities, ensuring feedback iscommunicatedeffectively by Hub coordinators to IT partners; + In conjunction with the Plant Biotech Change Management Lead, solicit andcommunicatefeedback on testing and training, to implement process improvements for future launches; + Partner with digital transition peers to prepare and present written and oral presentations, providing technical and business recommendations, to Capability Center and Hub leadership groups and Plant Biotech leadership. **WHO YOU ARE** Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following: Required Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree; + Proficient in managing data pipelines including working with data sources and data quality management; + Excellent organizational, oral, and written communication skills; + Ability to work Independently with minimal supervision; + Strong communication, critical thinking, and influencing skills; + Basic understanding of Agile software development processes and experience with ITusertesting; + Ability to develop testing strategies that align testing initiatives with business outcomes. Preferred Qualifications: + Bachelor's or Master’s degree in plant biology science fields or related technical field; OR + Three years of experience in relevant technical field. Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $115,313.60 to $ 172,970.40. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc. This salary range is merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicant’s location, market data/ranges, an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
