Job DescriptionKey Roles and Responsibilities
The responsibilities include, but not limited to:
· Collaborate with clients to understand their problem statements, define learning objectives, and recommend effective training strategies to achieve desired outcomes.
· Implement and champion instructional design frameworks such as the ADDIE model, ensuring the application of instructional pedagogy, principles, and tools.
· Design and develop diverse training formats, including instructor-led training (ILT), web-based training (WBT), virtual instructor-led training (VILT), blended learning, and micro-learning, tailored to content analysis and needs assessment. Independently manage end-to-end development of L1 and L2 training courses.
· Partner with cross-functional teams, including Project Managers and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), to establish course requirements, instructional flow, and delivery methods.
· Coordinate with other project teams to ensure alignment, consistency, and quality of deliverables.
Mandatory Skills Required
· Proven expertise in Instructional Design and eLearning Development, including creating engaging, impactful training solutions.
· Strong ability to conceptualize and design instructional content, storyboards, and learner-centric training materials.
· Proficiency in tools such as Articulate Rise & Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Synthesia, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
· Demonstrated ability to manage digital learning project.
· Skilled in collaborating with SMEs to conduct research, address content challenges, and deliver accurate solutions.
Qualification
Graduation in Education, Training, HR, Instructional Design or related study
