Digital Training Specialist

Description: Responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs for employees, agents, and brokers in the insurance industry. This role requires a deep understanding of insurance products, sales and training techniques, as well as passion for teaching and empowering others.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

Assist the Business Development Team with agency engagement initiatives. Develop a comprehensive understanding of Chubb’s systems, platforms, products, and processes.  Design, develop, and update training materials, modules, and resources. Provide training on Chubb’s platform(s) and product(s) to agents, brokers, and employees.  Tailor training content to meet the needs of various audiences, including new hires, experienced agents, and brokers. Conduct engaging and effective training sessions utilizing a variety of formats, including one-on-one training and webinars. Collaborate to identify training needs and skill gaps. Evaluate and monitor participants’ training needs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics. Serve as a resource and provide ongoing support and coaching to ensure employees, agents, and brokers apply learned skills effectively. Take ownership of training program / projects to ensure the quality of delivery & design and targeted result can be achieved.
