Description Position Responsibilities: + Develop workflows, approval processes, and reports in ServiceNow. + Support and enhance the Enterprise Data Warehouse using Microsoft SQL Server, Azure Data Studio, and Microsoft Fabric. + Create business reports with Microsoft Power BI. + Build and optimize workflows with Jack Henry Enterprise Workflow. + Automate tasks using PowerShell, Python, and Nintex RPA. + Develop documentation and procedures for systems and workflows. + Analyze and trend Bank data for actionable insights. + Integrate and normalize new data into the Enterprise Data Warehouse. + Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Requirements Qualifications and Skills: + Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, Azure Data Studio, and Microsoft Fabric. + Experience with ServiceNow and business intelligence tools like Power BI. + Knowledge of automation tools such as PowerShell, Python, and Nintex RPA. + Familiarity with Jack Henry Enterprise Workflow. + Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. + Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred).
