 The ideal candidate is currently pursuing a bachelors or masters degree

*Advanced Excel (VBA preferred)
*Power BI Activities The Finance team has put together a list of all major tasks related to accounting and treasury functions that have opportunity for optimization/automation.

For each task, the chosen candidate will learn the steps required and then suggest solutions to improve speed and accuracy of the task.
They will create the solution, communicating with the owners of the task for any questions or clarification needs. Once finished, they will test the solution with the owner, and compare it to previous iterations of the task to ensure that the same results are produced. 
They will document the upgrades they created and if necessary, write instructions for using the newly implemented solution. All of these steps will be performed under the guidance of the Digital Transformation Engineer initially for training purposes, and past completed solutions will be available for additional reference material. 
The candidate will be expected to operate more independently once they are acquainted with the Finance team, the general infrastructure of the trading group, and the tools available to perform their responsibilities. Context & Environment

The candidate chosen will work in the Digital Transformation and Innovation team, mainly on projects scoped for the Finance department.
