Kforce has a client in need of a Digital Transformation Consultant in Boston, MA. Responsibilities: * Digital Transformation Consultant will conduct thorough assessments of existing IT processes, workflows, and handoff s between teams; Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for standardization and improvement * Facilitate meetings, workshops, and/or focus groups with IT staff to collect feedback on existing processes and potential solutions * Design standardized end-to-end project workflow * Research and recommend relevant software solutions, automation, and integration improvements to achieve ideal-state workflows * Comprehensively document process maps and workflow designs in a clear and standardized format using flowchart and diagramming software (e.g., Visio) as well as user guides for the purpose of internal change communication and future process assessment and enhancement * Design and execute an implementation and change management plan * Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate IT staff on the new workflows and their benefits * As a Digital Transformation Consultant, you will monitor the rollout of process enhancement work and provide ongoing support * Measure the performance of implemented solutions and processes over time to ensure they continue to meet organizational needs * Coordinate resources, timeline, and budgets associated with process improvement work to ensure successful project delivery
