We are looking for a Digital Transformation Lead who is dynamic, innovative, and collaborative to join our Internal Manufacturing Department, based in our campus in Braine-l'Alleud, Belgium.

 

About the Role

As the Digital Transformation Lead, you will spearhead our digital transformation program within Internal Manufacturing department. You will leverage digital and advanced technologies to enhance operational efficiency, improve product quality, and drive sustainable practices across our manufacturing processes. You will design and implement a comprehensive digital transformation roadmap, fostering a digital culture tailored to manufacturing operations.

 

Who You Will Work With

You will collaborate with a passionate and dynamic team. Together, you will work closely with the Head of Digital within Internal Manufacturing and Patient Supply, as well as cross-functional teams including Digital Technology, Engineering, and Operations. You will also engage with digital suppliers and manage external professionals.

 

What You Will Do

You co-design digital roadmap in line with the digital strategy for Internal Manufacturing.You foster a digital culture and practices while stimulating Innovation leveraging digital vigilance and animating the Digital IM community collecting the idea, prioritizing the candidates and ensuring value realization, adoption and experience sharing.You deliver the Digital Program/projects for Internal Manufacturing while institutionalizing effective portfolio & governance principles including chairing the digital portfolio core team.You foster teamwork and improve communication across departments.You integrate data for real-time analytics and decision-making.You identify and evaluate cutting-edge technologies (IoT, AI, machine learning).You deliver digital programs/projects and ensure effective governance and support change management and deliver training programs.

 

Interested? For this role, we are looking for the following education, experience, and skills

Master's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience in digital transformation within a manufacturing environment.Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and technologies.Excellent project, change and stakeholders management skills and communication abilities.Analytical mindset with a passion for leveraging data.Fluent in French and English.
