How You Will Make an Impact As the Leader of Digital Transformation with a proven track record in leading cloud and data first evolution, you will have the skills to influence at every level, imparting your digital knowledge and skills in a constructive, empowering, and collaborative way. Working closely with our CIO you will be the driving force behind our organization's digital transformation growth projects. Responsibilities: + Set and implement digital roadmap by working with cross-functional partners to map and transition traditional processes to digital ones + Prioritize our growth digital initiatives tackling last mile delivery, mine operations, autonomous logistics and field automation + Leverage strong business acumen to align core business processes with strategic technical solutions, driving efficiency and supporting overall organizational goals + Be a digital evangelist, championing the use of digital technology and practices to engender a digital mindset from the top down + Ensure collaboration, knowledge sharing, and digital best practices between partners and colleagues to help embed a robust digital ecosystem + Own and centrally monitor the digital innovation project portfolio + Build, manage and continue to grow an internal and external digital innovation ecosystem + Identifying new tools – AI, digital, CRM, ERP, Customer Portal, Data Capture and repository – that can support, enhance and improve our solutions Minimum Qualifications + Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in a similar role designing and launching digital platforms + Proven track record of leading successful digital transformation projects + Experience building, managing, and leading a digital team + Certification: PMP or Prosci How You Will Stand Out + You have demonstrated strong consulting experience. + You have a certification in: ACP (Agile), CSM (Scrum), or ITIL. + You have an innovative and disruptive mindset, constantly looking forward. + You have stellar influencing and collaboration skills. + You have an Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Engineering.
