Our team is engaged in designing, delivering and supporting Digital Tech Services for all CHC worldwide.
We deliver our solutions in a highly competitive market answering FMCH needs and sometimes supporting regulated environments (GxP, SoX and other regional or local regulations).
Our team operates in an international context, serving all markets in most of the countries around the world.
Digital Technology & Architecture organization encompasses following capabilities: Integration, Enterprise Architecture, Operations, Cloud engineering, Platform Engineering (e.g. DevOps & related framework), Enabling Platforms (ServiceNow, Observability, Chatbots, RPA, …), Digital Workplace and more “classical” infrastructures (hosting, network, servers, …).
As a target, Digital Workplace corresponds to following capabilities & tooling:
Productivity & Collaboration suite (Microsoft 365, with Office suite, Teams, Email, …)
Videoconferencing (Zoom, Teams) & space booking (Logitech)
Devices & Mobility (Windows, Mac, Workstation as a Service, mobile phones & tablets, device imaging & software deployment, Intune)
Digital Signage & IP-TV
Telephony (VoIP, Teams or fixed)
Secure Printing & Scanning services
Application store for applications deployed on or accessible from end users’ laptops requiring either a license or a local setup
Ideation tools (Miro, BrightIdea, Klaxoon, …)
Robotic Process Automation (Automation Anywhere, ...)
As a Digital Workplace expert, you’re a technical expert for this domain. You will report to the Digital Workplace Lead, overseeing all these capabilities from an architecture & solution design perspective (i.e. features & capability map, expected evolutions, product selection, high-level roadmap, demand management, user education, corrective & preventive maintenance, build & run budget, …) whether they are owned directly by CHC or managed by Sanofi.
The main objective is to control the landscape of CHC and build the strategy to move to a full autonomy. The main capabilities to tackle will be M365, videoconferencing and devices.
As the team and capabilities grows, you’ll progressively become a product owner for one or more of these Digital Workplace products, depending on CHC roadmap.
Below are the key responsibilities for this role, that applies at different degree whether the services & required components are owned by CHC or not.
Main responsibilities
Product inventory & lifecycle
Create & maintain a clear cartography of CHC end-user devices
Create & maintain a clear cartography of CHC usages & implementations of Digital Workplace capabilities (e.g. licenses, Zoom-equipped rooms, Digital Signage & IP-TV devices, managed by Sanofi or CHC, …)
Provide technical insights to develop autonomous CHC product roadmap (features, capabilities per products, expected evolutions, CHC target landscape)
Design Digital Workplace solutions as per CHC fit-for-purpose requirements and maximize their usage
Design Digital Workplace solutions processes from demand to delivery, including change management process. Leverage as much as possible automation (e.g. ServiceNow, PowerAutomate, ...)
Ensure close relationships with products’ vendors to get necessary expertise on their products
Ensure solutions architectures, processes and support models are correctly documented, especially in application referential (ServiceNow APM & CMDB)
Apply strong change management process (release management, approvals, major issue, outage, new features communication, …)
Budget & TCO
Contribute to budget required to manage products (new releases, licenses, run costs, …) and to ensure value maximization (e.g. fit-for-purpose licenses, streamline support partners, …), especially from “shared with Sanofi” to “fully autonomous”
User Experience, Adoption & Education
Propose trainings for end-users to maximize usage of key products and communicate regularly on thei usages (e.g. new features, how-to, …)
Propose adoption measurements to promote maximum usage of products’ capabilities
Reliability & Operations
Through problem solving approach and in partnership with Operations team, contribute to root cause analysis and conduct post incident reviews to identify areas for improvement
Manage products’ roadmaps to maximize reliability and fit-for-purpose capabilities
Partner with CHC & Sanofi Infrastructure teams to smoothly integrate these products into Digital landscape
Security & Compliance
Work closely with security teams to ensure compliance and address vulnerabilities (e.g. integrate security features in product’s roadmap)
Partnering with Digital Quality representatives, ensure alignment with regulations (GxP, SOX, …) and contribute to provide necessary documentation & answers to audits as required
Projects
Deliver evolutions & projects related to Digital Workplace scope, or oversee them if managed through Sanofi stakeholders
Contribute to CHC real estate projects to bring Digital Workplace design & delivery of solutions
About you
Technical background required
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field, with various proven experiences in international context across global organizations
Proven experience in owning key Digital Workplace products, especially their initial setup, like M365, Videoconferencing or devices
Proficiency in Digital Workplace products & vendors eco-system, with deeper technical knowledge on some of them, especially what CHC will need to tackle more rapidly: M365, videoconferencing (Zoom, Teams) and devices
Culture in DevOps approach and automation capabilities
Soft skills required
Proven experience working in global virtual teams and international matrix environment
Ability to take the lead & ownership (e.g. to find a solution, propose new idea and execute them, …), even in unclear situations. Contribute to clear the unclear
Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, with ability to talk to end-users and adapt “tech” language to various audience
Curious, open-minded, « out of the box » thinking
Agile and continuous improvement mindset, with critical-thinking and root-cause-analysis paradigms
Fluent in English
