What are my responsibilities?
Analyze existing processes within the driverless metro project and design solutions that leverage digital technologies (AI, machine learning, automation) to optimize workflows and solve recurring challenges. Develop and implement solutions using various technologies, including programming languages, Power BI for dashboards, and other tools that integrate data from multiple sources. Implement AI and machine learning algorithms where applicable to improve decision-making and automate routine tasks. Build and maintain dashboards that provide real-time progress tracking and key performance indicators by connecting different data sources. Work closely with internal teams to gather their ideas for digital improvements and evaluate their current processes. Facilitate workshops or discussions to encourage the sharing of ideas. Conduct evaluations of current workflows and propose new ideas and enhancements to continually improve processes within the driverless metro system. Take ownership of the entire lifecycle of digital solutions, from conceptual design to final, user-friendly product implementation. Utilize data insights to monitor system performance and identify further opportunities for optimization. Document solutions and present regular reports on progress, project milestones, and outcomes of implemented digital tools.What do I need to qualify for this job?
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related fields. 3-5 years of experience with data management and system integration for reporting and automation purposes. Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, etc.) and tools such as Power BI for dashboard creation. Knowledge in AI/ML technologies and applying them to solve business problems. Knowledge in digital process optimization, system integration, and automation. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and lead projects. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and collaborate with diverse teams. Ability to analyze data from multiple sources and provide actionable insights. Fluency in both written and spoken English.What else do I need to know?
