Senior Engineering Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to coordinate and facilitate the development, implementation, and successful onboarding of digital solutions. Each day, you will support the adoption of digital platform and solutions into the customer business environment along with their subsequent operations and maintenance. You will also showcase your expertise by participating in the ideation workstreams from identifying and validating the needs to defining the development.You will be mainly accountable for:1. Assist in developing and maintaining digital tools and systems to improve operational efficiency;2. Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing operational data to support business decision-making;3. Participate in optimizing and improving business processes, and propose digital solutions;4. Assist in conducting digital training to enhance the overall digital capabilities of the team;5. Support cross departmental communication and coordinate the implementation of various digital projects.

Qualifications for the role

1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in computer science, information management, electrical automation, or related fields;2. Familiar with data analysis tools (such as Excel, SQL, etc.) and possess certain data processing abilities;3. English can be used as a working language;4. Possess good teamwork spirit; Strong sense of responsibility and work enthusiasm, able to complete work tasks on time, with quality and quantity guaranteed;5. Possess excellent communication skills and be able to collaborate effectively with different departments;6. Possess good learning and adaptability abilities, able to quickly grasp new knowledge and skills.
