Synopsis of the role
At Equifax, the Summer 2025 Digitization co-op a 15-week co-op program, is a gateway to full-time career paths for current university students who are currently pursuing their Bachelor’s Degree. The program provides meaningful projects with direct impact on our business as well as exposure to senior leaders and opportunities to network. Equifax is recruiting highly motivated students with interest in automation technologies, process improvement and platform design for its Digitization Analyst Co-op. The successful candidate will analyze business requirements, design project plans and implement solutions to enable digitization, efficiency and productivity for Equifax Canada. This is a great Co-op experience for someone interested in a career in automation technologies, business optimization and platform ownership.
The 15 week co-op program runs from May 6th, 2025 to August 22nd, 2025.
Co ops are required to follow our hybrid onsite policy of Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday - onsite for the duration of the 15 - week program.
Monday and Friday are remote work days.
Co ops must be local to the Toronto/ Montreal area and have the ability to commute to our office in Toronto / Montreal based on where the role is.
What you’ll do
Analyze business requirements for digitization projects related to process improvement, platform enhancement, and operational readiness.
Devise plans on how to leverage technology capabilities to execute business projects
Engage with stakeholders to document and implement digitization projects
Learn and work with our Cloud-native platforms and services
Help modernize our approach to operations and delivery
Be involved with ad-hoc projects
What Experience you need
Bachelor’s degree required
1-2 years of related full-time experience
Experience designing and implementing data-driven, technology based solutions
Experience with automation technologies (eg RPA, AI, OCR, API)
Understanding of agile methodologies including the creation of epics and user stories
Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
Experience with business and/or technical documentation
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
Ability to adapt and work independently to deal with ambiguity
