Description
A client of ours is looking for a Diligent ACL Analytics Power User for a contract role. The ideal candidate will not only have deep expertise in Diligent ACL Analytics but also possess the technical and communication skills to configure the software to align with the company's processes and provide essential training to the internal team.
Responsibilities:
+ Lead the transition from IDEA to Diligent ACL Analytics, ensuring data integrity and process continuity.
+ Customize the Diligent ACL Analytics platform to align with the company's audit and operational processes.
+ Deliver training sessions and provide ongoing support to the internal team, ensuring they can effectively use the new software.
+ Set up projects, implement shortcuts, and create tools to maximize team efficiency and software functionality.
+ Collaborate with the internal IT audit team to understand current workflows and replicate/optimize them within Diligent ACL Analytics.
+ Develop and implement customized scripts to enhance software functionality.
+ Establish best practices for project setup, tools, and shortcuts within the software.
+ Conduct workshops or one-on-one training sessions to upskill team members.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve issues during and post-migration.
+ Document processes, configurations, and training materials.
Requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications
+ Proven experience in IT auditing, with a focus on leveraging software tools for analytics and compliance.
+ Extensive experience with Diligent ACL Analytics, including configuration, integration, and advanced usage.
+ Strong scripting skills to tailor the software for the company's unique needs and streamline workflows.
+ Prior experience migrating from IDEA to Diligent ACL Analytics.
+ Familiarity with audit management software and best practices.
+ Strong communication and training delivery skills.
+ Ability to work under tight deadlines, particularly with IDEA’s sunset at the end of the month.
