We are looking for a Dimensions Coordinator to manage and supervise the programmatic, physical, and educational operations of our Dimensions Community in meeting the resident's/family's needs and expectations. This role collaborates with the interdisciplinary team and provides education to staff/families to adequately equip them to interact effectively with residents experiencing dementia at our Oak Meadows community in Oakdale, MN.

Required:

Current Driver's License in good standing1-3 years experienceMicrosoft Office ExperienceHigh level communication skills

 

Preferred:

Associate's Degree3-5 years experience
