We are looking for a Memory Care Dimensions Coordinator to manage and supervise the programmatic, physical, and educational operations of our Dimensions Community/Unit in meeting the resident's/family's needs and expectations. This role collaborates with the interdisciplinary team and provides education to staff/families to adequately equip them to interact effectively with residents experiencing dementia at our Oak Meadows senior living community in Oakdale, MN.
