We are looking for a Memory Care Manager whom would be accountable for implementing the Dimensions Memory Care Program, encouraging participation and ownership from all staff at our Assisted Living /Memory Care Building in Roseville, MN. Ebenezer’s exclusive Dimensions® program stresses the importance of understanding the needs of a person with dementia, and trains caregivers to respond to them with compassion and creativity. This program is designed to ensure that our memory care residents receive exceptional, compassionate care that meets them where they are.

 

This position schedule includes;

Amira Choice of Roseville on Cleveland is a beautiful, well-designed senior living community that offers the highest level of distinction for our residents. Responsibilities/Job Description

Using evidence-based practices including:

Wellness: person-centered, relationship-based care with an emphasis on hydration and nutrition for all dementia patients to ensure their comfort and well beingTraining: delivering innovative, ongoing  hands-on education to our staffEngagement: Fostering purposeful, pleasurable, creative interactions/activitiesEnvironment: Creating calm, seeking psychosocial solutions/supportEducation and Support: Providing education and support to families and care partnersProvides leadership and supervision to staff, volunteers, and/or students.Establishes and supports an environment conducive to the provision of quality services and high-level customer satisfaction.Implement and maintain the Dimensions Program.Develop program and activities reflective of Dimensions Community/Unit resident interests.In conjunction with the Executive Director (ED) and DHS/DON, develops budget, routinely monitors financial activities, and maintains accurate financial records.Supports a marketing plan aimed at full occupancy.Performs other duties as assigned and directed.All clinic practice and delegated duties will be directly supervised by the Director of Health Services. Required

Associates's Degree Required; Bachelor's degree preferred1 Year experienceExperience with Microsoft OfficeHigh level communication skills and ability to interact effectively with older adultsActive Driver's License and ability to pass MN DOT physical
