We are looking for a Dimensions Manager to join our team in Grand Rapids, MN! The Dimensions Manager will be responsible for implementing the Dimensions Program, fostering staff participation and ownership. This role involves managing and supervising the programmatic, physical, and educational aspects of the Dimensions Community to meet the needs and expectations of residents and their families. The Dimensions Manager will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and provide education to staff and families, equipping them to effectively interact with residents experiencing dementia.
