The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards. **Salary Range** $51,100.00 - $84,300.00 **Target Openings** 1 **What Is the Opportunity?** Under direct supervision, this position has responsibility for reviewing estimates, negotiating, and evaluating 1st and 3rd party auto diminished value claims, including both personal and business insurance claims. Travelers offers a hybrid work location model that is designed to support flexibility. Employees in this position may be part of a training or development program that may require up to a six-month waiting period before they are eligible for the hybrid model. During the initial six-month training program, employees may be required to work up to five days in the office. Candidates are preferred to be near the following office locations: Atlanta, GA **What Will You Do?** + Delivers consistent quality service quality, including but not limited to prompt contact, explaining the process, setting expectations, on-going effective communication, and follow- through and meeting commitments to achieve optimal outcome on every file + Negotiates with customers regarding diminished value + Reviews physical damage documents for appropriateness and any loss economic opportunities. + Partners with the assigned Claim Professional during final recovery to address any customer inquiries/concerns. + This role does have pay authority which will be determined by level of experience and performance. + Effectively manages work assignments and track financial changes. + In order to perform the essential functions of this job, acquisition and maintenance of Insurance License(s) may be required to comply with state and Travelers requirements.
