The Role:
Maintain restaurant cleanliness in an efficient, professional manner and contribute to an excellent guest experience.
Responsibilities:
Perform table maintenance duties according to HOB service standardsPerform Opening/Running/Closing duties according to HOB Service StandardsRespond to guest inquiries and requests in a courteous and polite mannerMaintain line of sight/atmosphere control by circulating through the work area throughout the shiftSafely transport bus tubs weighing up to 40 lbs from table areas to dish roomKeep all ice bins parred to fullest levels at all timesKeep the floor neat, clean, and free of food, trash, and other obstacles throughout the shiftClean all spills immediately, use floor signs to caution guests and staffPut all trash and recyclable products in proper receptaclesClean and stock line to par throughout the shiftFollow housekeeping standards per policyOperate trash compactor per procedures policyEnsure that trash cans/slim jims are clean, free of odor, and linedKeep all dust pans clean and free of stuck-on debris/odorSeparate glass, cardboard, and plastics per local codesPre-roll and store table paper, per venue specificationsKeep current on all standard operating proceduresStay informed of current menu items and descriptionsFollow private party service guidelines to ensure event successTurn all lost and found items into MODAttend pre-shift meetings conducted by MOD before the start of each shiftAssist Other Employees as NeededMaintain House of Blues safety and sanitation standardsQualifications:
Required:
