Location: Eagle's Trace by Erickson Senior Living Eagle’s Trace is a beautiful 70-acre continuing care retirement community located just minutes from the metroplex in West Houston, Texas. The Dining Services Supervisor supports the overall supervision of dining service and the overall efficiency, sanitation and safety operations of the dining room. **How you will make an impact:** + Supervise, schedule, train, evaluate and coach all Continuing Care dining staff. + Ensure the proper portioning and service of food, attractive plate presentation, and service of required diets for meals, nourishments, and snacks. + Participate in setting up special resident and staff events. + Assist in the organization, sanitation, and safety of dining rooms, kitchen, storage area, and loading dock. **Compensation** : Commensurate with experience, starting at $17.78 / hr + A "career for life" approach to professional and personal development for our greatest asset; our employees. + Competitive benefits packages including medical, dental, vision, and PTO in accordance with applicable state law. in accordance with applicable state law.. + 401k for all employees 18 and over. Company contribution up to 3% once eligible. + Onsite medical centers, providing wellness visits and sick care for all employees over 18 years of age. + Education assistance, certification reimbursement, and student loan refinancing partnership programs are available. + Free onsite parking at all of our communities and corporate offices + A culture of diversity and inclusion, which builds on our values, vision, and mission. **What you will need:** + High School diploma or GED required. + One year of dining room/food service experience, including service and sanitation. + Supervisory experience preferred. + Applicable food service license or certificate as required by the state, local or federal regulations. + Experience with Microsoft computer applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook) preferred. + Be able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 25 pounds. + Ability to work weekends and holidays.
