We creatively leverage our valuable SAP customer advocates to help drive revenue, increase brand perception, and improve customer loyalty. Our storytelling activities support SAP internally and externally by showcasing our customers as best-run businesses that make the world run better and improve people’s lives. **The Global Customer Advisory** The creation of this team is a testament to the importance of leading customer advisory with industry insights and expertise as tip of the spear while increasing the proximity to the customer focused on business value. This organization will play a critical role in industry thought leadership, supporting key deals, driving innovations, and institutionalizing SAP’s proprietary industry knowledge and content. Across the units of Global Customer Advisory, we will significantly contribute to our growth shift to public cloud as we strengthen our end-to-end public cloud portfolio story, thus building a cohesive value chain backed by dynamic business cases. The vision for the team is to land the public cloud motions while ensuring that industry innovations are positioned as key differentiators, driving growth through ecosystem expansion. **About the role** You will actively experience SAP Customer Reference projects across the Asia Pacific Japan and Greater China, in align with Global SAP Strategy and network. The role includes working with SAP internal stakeholders, and communicating with customers – with tasks including elements outreach, training and enablement. This role is a great opportunity to develop a solid foundation and understanding of global B2B industry knowledge and digital marketing, content best practices and technologies. **In this role, you will learn and support:** - Management and administration of a large and detailed customer reference program administration - Insights on strategic alignment with Global Customer Advisory and Global Marketing goals and activities (including global events) - Internal stakeholder alignment (including filed account teams, executives and across Board areas) - Planning and executing for strategy alignment to specific SAP Regional, Market Unit needs and priorities - Opportunities to be actively involved in additional intern workstream across Asia Pacific and the global initiatives. - Take part in any other areas of your interest within the customer reference activities - Creation of customer content, including quote cards, reference one pagers and other material showcasing customer’s experience with SAP - Networking and collaborating with customers to share and celebrate their success **Who you are** We’re looking for someone who can challenge the status quo and likes to stay curious. You enjoy working on meaningful projects and are energized by lifelong learning. • Good verbal and written communication skills (Japanese / English) • Good collaboration skills • Strong customer focus mindset • Technical understanding capabilities • Storytelling, Graphic design, video production, web design, and video editing skills are a plus • Good in Microsoft Office applications **Education and Qualifications** • University degree and pre BA, also Graduate student applicable (Business and/or Information Technology). • Good in English Writing / Speaking • Fluent in Japanese **Skills** • Excellent verbal and written communication skills & strong customer focus. • Good mindset conceptual thinker, Self-Motivated individual. • Willingness to try new things, suggest ideas and seek development opportunities • Technical understanding and capabilities to quickly learn and understand different tools and applications. • Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. **SAP Travel** Travel to the customer’s location, approximately 10% ​ **Bring out your best** SAP innovations help more than four hundred thousand customers worldwide work together more efficiently and use business insight more effectively.
