Dir, Data Analytics

This position is responsible for a data analytics function that provides complex data and reporting to better assist management in maximizing resources in various departments or lines of business. Responsible for developing overall data analytics strategies for data forecasts, reports, ad hoc requests, dashboards, etc. This role requires thorough understanding of data analysis and methodology.


Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.

Provide leadership to a data analytics function.

Work closely with executives and senior business leaders to develop strategies for effective data analysis and reporting.

Define metrics and relevant data sources.

Oversee all analytics operations to correct discrepancies and ensure quality.

Select, configure and implement data analytics solutions.

Proactively identify areas of opportunity and/or improvement based on trends in the data, and use these insights to inform new products and/or operational improvements.

Direct high visibility projects to identify and resolve issues of strategic importance to the organization.

Oversee complex data analysis in support of a variety of analytic solutions.

Capture, develop, and document data definitions, business rules, and data quality requirements.

Oversee data integration from multiple sources to produce forecasts, reports, ad hoc requests, dashboards, etc.

Interpret data, analyze results, and provide insights to determine operational impact, trends, and opportunities.

Develop reports and deliverables for upper management and communicate with all levels of stakeholders.

Identify and define data quality improvements.

Identify opportunities to use data to develop new strategies and improve business performance and utilize knowledge of mathematical modeling and other optimization methods to perform quantitative and qualitative data analysis.

Responsible for overall data accuracy of all data, results, and conclusions of the team; Monitor the team to achieve high data standards.

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field

Management experience - 5+
Data analysis and reporting or related experience - 8-10
