Job Description:

Work with the Associate Provost and Director to meet assessment and reporting requirements of the institution’s accreditor, including but not limited to the review of annual assessment data and institutional effectiveness reports, preparation and writing of accreditation report narratives related to institutional effectiveness, collection and organization of related accreditation documentation, and maintenance of the university assessment system.  Chairs the Academic Assessment Committee.

Responsible for representing the University as needed at university meetings, including but not limited to the Graduate Council, General Education Committee, Assessment Task Forces, and University Curriculum Committee. Works with the Associate Provost to assist undergraduate, graduate, professional, and certificate program faculty with the development and maintenance of their student learning outcomes assessment, academic assessment plans, and academic program reviews.

Interact with various university constituencies such as the Graduate School, program faculty, deans, department chairs, and directors as needed to fulfill  the functions of the position. Must remain current with relevant UF policies and the institutional accreditors’ standards, policies, and interpretations.

Expected Salary:

Commensurate with education and experience. 

Minimum Requirements:

Master's degree in an appropriate area and six years of relevant experience; or a bachelor's degree in an appropriate area and eight years of relevant experience.

Proficiency across the Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent written and verbal communications.

Ease with learning new programs.
