Develops strategic plans, directs and coordinates administrative activity, reporting and analyzing practice operations, monitoring billing performance and overall financial and operational performance. Qualifications Education and Work Experience1. Minimum of five years of prior experience managing in a healthcare setting that includes implementing operational plans and analyzing financial and quality data.2. Prefer previous experience managing multiple physician practices with an employed physician base.3. Prefer experience with electronic health records and billing systems.4.
