All while understanding that **together** we are even better. **Schedule:** Full-time (40) **Shift** : Days; flexible hours; typical shift is 8-4:30 Monday- Friday. **Location:** 9395 CROWN CREST BLVD, Parker, 80138 **The role you’ll contribute:** Leads a multidisciplinary entity specific quality program, including Clinical Quality, Patient Safety, Infection Control, Performance Improvement, Patient Experience and Regulatory Compliance in alignment with enterprise and operating group priorities and guidance. **The value you’ll bring to the team:** + Functions as the entity specific Patient Safety Officer (PSO) – and is available to serve as the entity expert on quality or patient safety related issues. Has knowledge of resources to access to assist when needed. + Oversees and coordinates all intradepartmental and interdepartmental services of Quality and Patient Safety. (AH Parker and freestanding Emergency Departments) + Develops, facilitates, and manages the entity specific annual QAPI plan, and maintains a quality reporting structure in accordance with the QAPI plan, regulatory requirements, and operating group processes. + Collaboration and leadership to create key priority metrics that meet standards of care imperative to achieving Leapfrog “A” status and CMS 5 Star designation. + Integrates and aligns entity quality work and processes with corporate and enterprise efforts. + Designated as Patient Safety Officer and leads and supports the culture of safety within the facilities. Qualifications **The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:** + Five years’ experience in a clinical healthcare environment with a focus on quality and safety. + Two years leadership experience. + Bachelor's degree- Required + Experience in clinical operations, performance improvement regulatory compliance, patient safety (including HRO concepts), and data analysis + Excellent communication, problem-solving, statistical and analytical abilities + Strong PC skills and knowledge + Strong presentation and facilitation skills This facility is an equal opportunity employer and complies with federal, state and local anti-discrimination laws, regulations and ordinances.
