Job Description:  Serve as the point of contact for our Performance Food Services Field Operations Leaders for our Mountain Manufacturing products. The position is responsible for developing relationships, working with operating companies to resolve any customer issues and working with leadership on both short- and long-term growth strategies.  The position also leads new product rollouts and portfolio optimization for our food service segment. Functions as at team member within the department and organization, as required, and performs any duty assigned to best serve the company.Create specific, measurable growth strategies for all MM products across the wide landscape of Vistar and Core-Mark.Engage with Field Sales Leaders to map products and pricing to the unique channels:Work with marketing to develop, implement and track targeted campaigns.Develop customer rebates and marketing programs to support Vistar key accounts while maximizing profitability.Monitor sales performance – reporting back on what’s working and what’s not. Write best practice case studies and present them to key stakeholders across Vistar and MM.Develop MM Champion Program with key specialists at each Opco or national account team.Collaboratively work with production and field sales to optimize portfolios, rationalize sku's, and commercialize new products.Work with customer support teams to ensure the highest levels of service to Vistar and Core-Mark.Attend both internal trade shows and key industry events (CinemaCon, NAMA, etc.).Meet regularly with stakeholders and cultivate a collaborative approach to problem-solving and issue management – serving as the primary POC for Vistar and Core-Mark.Own the Mighty Mark program relationship and support additional private label program development, especially in center store retail and coffee/tea programs.Work with the Core Mark Center of Excellence to display MM products and develop customer education materials.Lead national account pitches and business reviews for key Vistar and Core-mark accounts.
