ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Providing care and support to adults with disabilities. Providing assistance with day to day to day living skills to promote independent living. Actively participate as part of the treatment team, providing continuous patient care, supervision, interaction, and providing crisis intervention as necessary.
