One weekend day availability is a must.Pay Rate: $17.75-$18.50/hour Your Responsibilities: + Provide personalized support to adults with diverse medical and behavioral needs. + Assist with daily living activities, including hands-on care, cooking, and cleaning. + Facilitate appointments, ensuring the utmost attention to each individual’s needs. + Inspire community engagement through activities like work, volunteering, and events (e.g., Special Olympics). + Foster positive behavior, socialization skills, and goal achievement. + Maintain thorough documentation for individualized plans and progress. + Collaborate with nurses, behaviorists, and nutritionists to deliver individualized care.
