Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking caring and compassionate individuals to provide direct support services to individuals with developmental disabilities in a group home setting. 

Full time and part time options are available in North Adams, Adams, Williamstown, and Clarksburg.

Qualifications:

18 years of age or older

Reliable transportation

HS Diploma/GED or one year in the field 

Shifts: Day, evening, and night shift options are available, and vary by location

Job Duties:

·         Develop rapport with individuals supported and foster their personal growth striving to obtain their goals

·         Provide and maintain safe home environment

·         Plan, implement and document teaching plans/strategies
