We offer paid training!   Job Overview: Work in a home with up to three adults with disabilities. Help individuals with disabilities with daily life, including cleaning, feeding, and shopping. Take individuals to community events, including volunteer opportunities.   Some of the obstacles of working in Direct Care Unpredictability is part of each day when providing care for those we support. Our homes are 24/7, which means that weekends and holidays will be part of scheduling. While contributing to the success of the lives of those that we support, it can sometimes be taxing on our own bodies and minds.
