Job Purpose/Mission/Summary

The Direct eCommerce Operations Specialist is responsible for order review and monitoring, handling escalation customer cases from Oneprint and direct eCommerce, communication with service providers, coordination of Supply Chain activity and execution of reporting and payment processing tasks.

Key Roles and Responsibilities: Responsible for the success of direct eCommerce and Oneprint model for assigned geo, EMEA and WW eventually. Develops the Direct eCommerce and Oneprint Operations / Process. Ownership of the process and the responsibility for continuous improvement. Define and execute strategies to ensure the success of direct eCommerce. Communication with Fulfillment, Payment Collection and Customer Support Partners. Supply Chain Operations and Logistics Activity Coordination. Conducts Inventory checks and Stocks rotations / management. Coordinates Returns and process reconciliation. Develop, measure, track and report on success metrics for the end-to-end process. Develops and Create Sellout Report/s. Develops process metrics. Manage, troubleshoot, and resolve all issues related to the end-to-end process. Payment Processing Provider Activity. Manage Merchant Accounts. Coordinate Disputes (Process Refunds). Competencies, Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Excellent communication skills. Proactive problem-solving skills Process oriented. Business and results driven. Online customers experience savvy. Works well independently and with a cross-functional team. Education, Experience and Certifications Basic Requirements: Bachelor's degree holder. 3 years experience. Willing to work on a North America / Night shift.
