Production Supervisor

Your role and responsibilities

This position will be providing support to four major areas of the plant. It’s a sup-port role to help manage workload in certain areas, provide backup assistance and vacation management. Employees will be trained in Assembly, Test, and Molding for 90 days at a time and then rotate quarterly to different areas to keep skills en-hanced to provide the most assistance.

Qualifications for the role

High School diploma/GED is required Prior experience in a manufacturing environment preferred Ability to lift to 40lbs and perform push/pull functions Can work up to 20 hours of overtime to meet Business ObjectivesCan work a weekend schedule
