Our client is seeking a Director of Talent to join their rapidly growing team! We are looking for an individual with a proven track record in managing the employee lifecycle and developing talent strategies for Human Resources and Talent Management teams.
About You:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.7+ years of progressive talent management experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory/management role.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate and build credibility at all organizational levels.Strong customer service focus with a results-driven, problem-solving approach.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining a high level of energy and commitment.About the Job:
Lead a team of direct and indirect reports to achieve department and organizational goals.Analyze internal needs and external market trends to forecast workforce requirements and address potential threats and opportunities.Collaborate with HR to create and execute talent strategies aligned with business outcomes, and communicate these strategies to executives and the board.Oversee talent systems (e.g., ATS, Onboard, LMS, Performance Management) and manage programs like Talent Mobility and Referrals.Direct the design, planning, and implementation of organizational development programs, policies, and procedures.Support change management efforts and recommend improvements to existing programs.Monitor engagement, inclusion, and compliance, implementing action plans for continuous improvement.Lead strategic recruitment initiatives to attract diverse internal and external talent that aligns with the organization's goals.Develop and implement processes to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline, sourcing both passive and active candidates.Create and manage AI-driven tools, Jobvite reporting, and governance systems for recruitment processes.Oversee the design and implementation of training programs aligned with company objectives and employee growth.Partner with management teams to assess and address training needs and the effectiveness of established programs.Build relationships with external vendors for supplementary training programs and create clear messaging for internal and external communications.Our client is seeking a professional with proven management experience and a successful track record supporting both Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development teams. This is a hybrid position based in Blue Bell, PA, offering a salary of up to $165,000 per year, depending on experience.
