We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Safety Coordinator to ensure a safe and compliant work environment. This role involves developing and enforcing safety policies, conducting training sessions, and performing field audits to mitigate risks. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, OSHA certification, and the ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.

About You:

Must have 5+ years of experience in Safety & Compliance related work.College degree preferred or equivalent work experience.OSHA Certification required.Flexible schedule, including availability for day, night, and weekend shifts.Strong communication skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Valid driver's license required.

About the Job:

Develop, implement, and enforce workplace health and safety policies.Conduct training sessions, presentations, and field coaching to promote safety awareness.Perform safety audits, equipment inspections, and site evaluations to identify risks.Investigate accidents/incidents and recommend corrective actions.Prepare safety permits and approvals while ensuring compliance with regulations.
