Remote Direct Hire Sr. Reinsurance Accountant Salary: DOE Job Details: The Senior Reinsurance Accountant plays a key role in compiling, analyzing, and interpreting financial data to support management decision-making. This position ensures adherence to regulatory requirements and serves as a valuable resource for both internal and external stakeholders. A successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of accounting principles to effectively evaluate financial reports and forecasts. Job Overview: • Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements for U.S. and Canadian companies. • Consolidate financials for U.S.-based companies and analyze general ledger accounts. • Assist the reinsurance accounting team with preparing reinsurance schedules.
